Good morning Dr. Rynne, I am looking over an MRI I had gotten 9/1/2015. I am having so trouble understanding it. No Doctors seem to be anything and I am constantly in such chronic pain. I just wanted to know what I dealing with here. I was dragged by a car then my left mid leg was ran over by the car. That happen months before this Mri so you can see how long I have been dealing with this pain. Saying Hip effusion is seen, Irregularity of the anterosuperior acetabular labrum, represents nondisplaced tear or degeneration. There is T2 hyperintense fluid signal at the origin of the reflected head of the rectus femoris with low grade partial thickness tear. There is intermediate signal at the insertion of the gluteus medius and minimus, consistent with tendinopathy. There is is hyperintense signal at the origin of the reflected head of the rectus femoris muscle on the right, symmetric in appearance to the left hip. And last...my leg was never looked at. I have been telling everyone how much it s killing me. The hematoma was about 2 x 2 . It was so filled with blood it actually looked like two very very large softballs on my leg. As of today there is some kind of really hard scar tissue or something and my leg is actually deformed from it. Is there anything I can do for the leg? And what am facing with the hip? Thank you in advance for your time and attention. (( sorry I had a stroke 8 years ago and am on SSI,, I have no money...I didn t know I had to pay. I guess I ll just live like this. But thank you for your time)
